At Boxed Jewel, we are proud to offer 30 day money back policy. We strive to create exceptional jewellery along with absolute positive buying experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund.

• Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition along with original temper proof tag/tags and accompanied by all original documentation such as original product certificate & invoice copy within the 30 day money back period.

• In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the diamonds/solitaire/jewellery to the lab for recertification. The shipping and recertification cost shall be borne by the customer.

• Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are nonreturnable: items that have been modified, engraved, or resized; items that have previously been exchanged; and custom designed jewellery.

• Any item that shows a sign of wear or have been altered, resized (by a Jeweller other than the Boxed Jewel), or damaged cannot be accepted for 30 days money back.

• Alterations to orders currently in process void the complimentary resize & 30 day return policies.

• If you have a special request for a later delivery date, our 30 day return/exchange period begins on the date that your order was first available to ship.

• On receiving your item it will be sent to our quality assurance department for inspection and to lab if required.

• The money back amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable

• The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.

• 30 day money back policy applies to Jewellery costing up to Rs. 1,00,000/-.

For purchases within India, we have a 30-Day No Questions Asked Money Back Policy that is meant to give you sufficient time to make sure that your purchase is perfect. If, for any reason, you feel the need to return your solitaire, we will be happy to provide you a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please note that this is subject to a value limit of Rs. 5,00,000/- in case of solitaires.

We also offer you a Lifetime Buy Back Policy on Solitaires wherein you may sell your solitaire back to us for 80% of its current market value. This is subject to a value limit of Rs. 10,00,000/- for solitaires.

Please note that Solitaire Diamonds can also be exchanged with any other Boxed Jewel product or solitaire at 90% of its current market value. This is, however, subject to a value limit of Rs. 10,00,000/-

• Obtain the Return Shipping Authorization Code:
  Call us at 1.800.xxxxx to obtain a return shipping authorization code. Write your return shipping authorization code on the outer side of the package you are returning. Return shipping authorizations are active for seven days from the date of issue and packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return shipping authorization. If your return shipping authorization has expired, please contact us at 1.800xxxxx to request another return shipping authorization code.

• Packing your order:
  For all returns and exchanges, include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including the packing slip and all original product certificates (recertification fees is applicable if the original certificates are missing). For resizes, do not include original certificates and accompanying materials. For security reasons, do not write jewellery, diamonds or other related words anywhere on the package.

• Shipment and Insurance:
  In order for the insurance to be valid, you must "double box" your shipment and follow these instructions. Enclose your item inside its original ring/jewellery box. We require using the original packaging from your order. Place the ring/jewellery box inside the medium box. Place the medium box inside the larger box. Please place the entire package in a plastic A4 size cover and securely seal it. Return address and Return Shipping Authorization code should be clearly visible. Please notify us and we will schedule a free pick up. If you decide to use a different shipping method, Boxed Jewel is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

• 30 Days Money Back Refund
  After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Any returns that are missing original temper proof tag/tags, showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.

  Returns take approximately 10 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Boxed Jewel will refund the original purchase amount of the item via the mode of payment used in the original purchase with the exception of Cash on Delivery. Orders paid by Cash on Delivery will be refunded by NEFT. All credit card refunds in most cases will be refunded in 10 business days. However, please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.

We offer a Liftetime Buy Back & Exchange policy on all purchases made from www.boxedjewel.com within India. The product along with the original product certificate can be returned or exchanged for its current market value, with deductions towards making charges. This means your product's current value of gold, diamonds and coloured stones, will be determined based on product specifications and the current price is determined by the company.

In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the Buyback/Exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase.

Customized (including personalized/engraved products) Jewellery is not eligible for a 30 Day money back return or Buyback. Only Life Lime Time Exchange Policy applies. The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.

If you choose to return the product, we will refund 90% of the total amount, with deductions towards making charges and discounts. Payment will be made via online bank transfer within 10 business days of receipt of the product.

Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Buy-Back amount of the product. Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Boxed Jewel shall not be accepted for buy back.

For all Buy-back transactions, Value Added Tax at the applicable rate shall be collected from the Buy-Back value.

The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your account. This remains valid for 12 months.

A 10% of this amount, subject to a minimum of Rs. 1,000/-, will be deducted towards melting and recovery costs. This will be done on a per product basis, in case you are returning multiple products.
